The purpose of the contest was for fans to make a short, creative video explaining why people should vote for Miley Cyrus at the Kid's Choice Awards. Country Singer Taylor Swift takes the cover of the March '09 issue of Teen Vogue where she admits "I never expected all this to happen to me."

On having her picture taken: “Well, I’ve never had paparazzi in Nashville before; that’s a new thing. You really have a lot of privacy here. I saw that documentary on Britney Spears, and I feel bad for her—she can’t leave her house!”

On her love for country music: “Well, I started begging my mom to bring me here after I saw a TV special on Faith Hill—she came to Nashville, and that’s how she made it. So for spring break we rented a car and drove up and down Music Row, handing my homemade demo CD to the receptionists at all the labels. I’d say, ‘Hey, I’m eleven, and I want a record deal. Call me.’”

On pursing a career in acting: “Only if it was a show that I loved, like CSI or Grey’s Anatomy, or if it was a really cool script. But I’m not feeling this desperate urge.”

On her red-carpet style: “I’ve learned a lot. I go to all these photo shoots, and each time I figure out something new about myself and what I want to wear. For a big night, I like Marchesa or Badgley Mischka—and I love Oscar de la Renta. I’ve never gotten to wear one of his dresses; if I ever did, I would probably faint. And I am obsessed with high heels.”

On her ‘I’ve finally made it’ moment: “Oh, no, I’m never going to have that moment. All of this is amazing, but it doesn’t guarantee anything about the future. I still haven’t made it to where I want to be.”

Rumors have been going around that the very talented, young actress Dakota Fanning is under consideration for the role of 'Jane' in Twilight's sequel 'New Moon'.

Access Hollywood recently spoke to Dakota, who said: 'I think it's too soon to tell if I'll for sure be doing it, but it's so great. I'm a really big fan of that series and the first film and all the actors, so it would be wonderful. I don't think they'll have to put a lot of makeup on me. I'm pretty white already. Pretty much all my friends are pretty big fans, so it would be great.'

Summit Entertainment reps confirmed: 'We are considering all actors that have the unique requirements for the look of Jane, Dakota being one of them.'

While I was in LA, my mom re-arranged my bathroom.

That's probably my longest blog title yet, so if you weren't able to experience the whole thing because it cut the last part off (due to being so long)... It said "While I was in LA, my mom re-arranged my bathroom". As you can imagine, my bathroom looks different now. When I left for LA, my way of storing all of my make up and hair products was to pile it all on my bathroom counter. Most of it was grouped together in a very organized system (the pile). That's not to say the system was not flawed. There was one tiny, insignificant recurring problem.. If you pulled one thing out of the middle of the pile, it would create a giant avalanche of lip gloss and eye shadow and other various cosmetics (sometimes a container of powder, which was undoubtedly left halfway closed-- SO much fun to clean up!). I was fine with my system. 17% of the time, it worked perfectly without disastrous results. I wasn't going to complain about it because whining isn't really my thing, and I didn't have time to create another system (this takes planning and brainstorming!). So my bathroom has stayed the same terrible mess of piled up beauty products for two years.. while I traveled the world with the sad, unorganized state of my bathroom perpetually weighing in the the back of my conscience. Then suddenly... EVERYTHING changed. I came back from LA and discovered a whole new world. My bathroom is now a magical, wondrous place with cabinets for storing make up and hooks on the door for holding scarves. There are even drawers for my hair brushes and incredible little shelves for my towels! There's a new shower curtain in place of the one I've had since 7th grade (the one that has always secretly creeped me out a little, because it's all these people standing around and it really looks like they're watching me. Which was weird. I never liked them, and I'm glad they're gone.) There are little windows in one of the dressers, and through it, I can see the candles I used to have stashed randomly on the counter. Now they have their perfect little home, all gathered together in their tiny, organized sanctuary. But then I turned around and was startled by something... Where was my Britney Spears poster.... No, this can't be right... WHERE is it?!? I searched the room frantically for a few seconds before finding it's new spot. My Britney Spears poster (from 6th grade) had been relocated to my bedroom, which is another AMAZING upgrade. This way, I see it more often and it more proudly displays my unwavering devotion to Britney Spears. My jewelry has been neatly placed into these little jewelry containers that separate your necklaces so they don't get tangled into a huge unrecognizable, mangled ball that is IMPOSSIBLE to untangle. That used to happen to me all the time, but NOW it's preventable! Also, I found so many things that went missing over the years.. The most notable find would have to be my glasses. I couldn't believe it, but there they were! Apparently they had been lost somewhere in the giant pile of cosmetic doom.. I eventually gave up the search after a few weeks. Now they're back! The moral of the story is... My mom is wonderful and we apparently share the same hobby: Compulsively organizing and straightening up around the house whenever we're bored.

I can't wait to tell you all about LA and my life-changing guest appearance on CSI. Basically... When I'm really old and can only remember one story about my life to go back and relive, and tell over and over and over again to the point where my grandchildren roll their eyes and leave the room...... That's the story. Ah, I can see it now. "You know, when I was a youngster, I got to guest star on CSI! It was marvelous! So marvelous, it was!"

It was that good.

I'll tell you all about the rest. I love you with all my heart.

Bronx Mowgli Wentz weighed 7 lbs., 11 oz., and measured 20 1/2 inches long.

A spokesperson tells People, “Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!”

Twilight's Robert Pattinson says shooting those intimate make-out scenes with co-star Kristen Stewart was scary.

"Yeah, I mean, it's terrifying," he says in the Dec./Jan. issue of Seventeen magazine. "Especially when you kiss and you've got to do it at a weird angle or something. "But I'm skirting the answer because I'm a really bad kisser," he says. "That's why I don't want to go into details!"

Pattinson, who plays sexy vampire Edward Cullen in the flick (out Nov. 21), adds that he hadn't "kissed anyone for awhile before the movie, so I'd kind of forgotten how!" Co-star Kellan Lutz, who plays Pattinson's brother, Emmet Cullen, also reveals his tips for ladies wanting to keep a guy: "Do not write an essay in every text, like, 'Oh, I had a great time, and we should do it again, and your eyes were so cute when you bowled!'" he says. "That's like, 'Whoa.' Keep it short and simple: 'Yeah, let's do it again sometime.' It keeps him waiting for it."

Miley says she has heard those rumors before. "What happened? Did I die, like, bungee jumping, getting bulldozed, what happened this time?" Cyrus said to Yo on E!. But she says can't believe someone hacked into her YouTube account and posted a fake video from her pal Mandy Jiroux alleging that she'd been killed by a drunken driver. "I got hit by a drunk driver!" Cyrus exclaimed. "Ok, good. Wait. What? On my Web page? No. My Web page got hacked?" Then, looking at E!'s Michael Yo, she sarcastically joked, "You're the bearer of good news. Thank you." She said she's "ticked" at the person who did this. Cyrus said, "I'm gonna, like, smack 'em!"

It is our normal rule to avoid talking about our private lives. It seems that it has come to the point where we must address a few things. We would prefer to address these things and then leave it alone from that point forward. We felt like it was important to respond because recent events have affected our fans. There are rumors and suggestions that are being publicized in the press right now about us. Like all people our age we are trying to find someone special that we can share time with in our busy lives. We all have busy schedules and high demands. We love our life and are thankful for all that we have. We are simply stating that it is difficult to maintain relationships with the kind of life we live.We love our fans and it is important to us to protect that relationship.

To Our Fans from Joe:

This blog is not an attack of anyone. Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently.Several things I will state with all my heart…I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.

For those who have expressed concern over the "27 second" phone call. I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear.

There were later attempts at communication that had no response.

I wish the best for the other person but could not sit back any longer and leave our fans with a wrong impression of the truth.

Hope this helps enlighten a little.

On getting the script even though she had never even heard of the books:
“ I guess I was just living under rocks and mountains. And though we were warned, I figured it would be a pretty exclusive fan base. I thought we were making a cult movie; I had no idea it was going to be this, like, phenomenon.”

On her character Bella Swan, a recently relocated high school junior who falls in love with a vampire named Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson):
“Bella’s a very relatable girl. She inhabits qualities that most girls have, even if it’s not on the surface… What I love about the story and what puts it on a different level is that it’s ‘chemical’…there’s nobody else for either of them. Period.” (She did, on occasion, draw from her own romantic life – she’s been with boyfriend Michael Angarano “forever” as she puts it.)

On the fashion world:
“If I’m just chilling out, then people can see me any which way, but it’s different when you’re putting yourself together to do something professionally. You’re under a lot of scrutiny. Joe, who dumped ex Taylor Swift over the phone last month, has been getting cozy with 10,000 BC actress Camilla Belle. Jonas, 19, met Belle, 22, when she starred in his new music video for Lovebug, which was shot Sept. 19.

"They are not public about it, but they've been hanging out with their friends and Joe's brothers," a source tells Usmagazine.com. "They're very private."

Like Swift, who admitted she was a virgin, the source tells Us that Belle is "a really good girl."

"They share a lot of the same characteristics and morals," the source says.

The new couple spent Halloween together. "They're having fun," the source tells Us.

David, who broke millions of young hearts with his soulful piano ballads on "American Idol," wants his first album due in record stores next week to prove that he's more than just a pretty face.

He's still a giddy and excited 17-year-old who's not quite ready for serious dating. But six months after almost winning the top-rated television show "American Idol," Archuleta is about to embark on the music career he has dreamed of for 10 years.

"I think the album shows a variety of styles. One song has a reggae-ish feel to it, there are slower ones and others with a different feel," Archuleta told Reuters.

"I did sing a lot of ballads on 'American Idol' because I felt I could connect with people most that way. But I don't want people to think that's all I can do. I wanted to show that I'm still young and fresh and that I listen to Top 40 radio too," he said.

Archuleta's self-titled debut album will be released on November 11. Judging by "Arch Angels" fan message boards, anticipation is high not only in the United States but also in countries as far away as Malaysia and the Philippines, despite the long wait since the "American Idol" final in May.

The baby-faced Utah teenager's first single, "Crush," released in August, went to No.1 on iTunes within 24 hours and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Considered the front-runner in the 2008 "American Idol" TV talent show that ended in May, Archuleta lost the contest to rocker David Cook, 25.

In a marketing bid to keep that rivalry going, Cook releases his first album on November 18 - a week after Archuleta. But that's not how Archuleta sees it.

"I know everyone wants us still to compare and compete, but we are so different. Cook is a rocker guy, a guitarist and an amazing musician, and I'm a pop kid.

"I am as excited for his album as I am for mine because we have gone together through this process of watching our dreams grow. This is what we've been looking forward to - living our dreams and starting our musical careers," Archuleta said.

Archuleta co-wrote five of the songs on the album and is putting a band together ahead of performances on television and at Christmas pop festivals. But he won't be sitting at the piano, at least for now, and he says he still gets nervous when performing.

"Right now, I've been more focused on making sure I am singing the songs as best as I can. I get a little nervous because you don't know how well you are going to do. But it is so much fun when you are up on stage. You forget about your nerves because you are loving what you do," he said.

A Mormon with four siblings, Archuleta began singing at age 6, inspired by a video from the musical "Les Miserables." At 12, he won the junior section of TV talent show "Star Search."

Despite his teen idol status, he says he's still trying to figure out girls. "I think there will be that girl who I really feel like, wow, she's special. But I'm still getting that idea of what kind of girl I'd want to be with for a long time," he said.

Hannah Montana episode scrapped

Hannah Montana's latest checkup resulted in a troubling diagnosis

that ended up scrapping season 3's first episode

The Disney Channel confirmed to E! News that the network scrapped the episode it had intended to open the hit series' third season—an episode titled "No Sugar, Sugar" that features a character (Hannah's pal Oliver) dealing with diabetes. After some initial concerns as to how the disease was portrayed, it was not aired.

According to a network executive, the Disney Channel's Standards and Practices team consulted with medical experts during the script-writing process "to inform the story and be sure it was told responsibly."

"Notwithstanding the measures we took, and based on the episode's preview and early feedback from parents, we removed the episode from Sunday's schedule and are now reevaluating it," the Disney rep said.

"We will await the results of the episode review by a variety of experts and then will make a determination on the episode's future. Most importantly, we listened to those who expressed their concerns and consulted with the creative team (programmers and producers)."

It was then that they chose to pull the Nov. 2 episode, opting to make "He Ain't a Hottie, He's My Brother" the sitcom's season-three premiere instead. Episode No. 2, "Ready, Set, Don't Drive" (Billy Ray's message to the almost-16-year-old Miley, perhaps?) premieres Sunday.

"Still, there is great interest, especially from parents, in seeing the subject of living with diabetes somehow incorporated into our storytelling for kids and families, so we're hopeful we'll do so in the future," added the Disney Channel exec.

And it's not as if the Mouse House doesn't have a handle on the subject matter already. Also on Nov. 2, the Disney Channel aired an installment of Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream that explored how Nick Jonas manages his diabetes both at home and on tour. The 16-year-old JoBro appeared in a PSA afterward in support of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Hello Everybody- November 2nd.

I know it has been too long since I have been on here. A lot of stuff has been going on and I have not had a whole lot of time to get on here to fill you guys in.

As some of you may already know I was in New York for Trick or Treat for Unicef, which is a great program educating kids to help other kids in other parts of the world, I know it may be a little late for Halloween but, check out the site and be ready for next year.

I have also been back and forth to New York for a few talk shows Rachel Ray, The View, The Today Show. I LOVE New York, it is such a great city the energy is amazing..

I will be going to Dallas this upcoming weekend to help support my cousins cheerleading charity event. I can't wait to see all my friends and family from back home, it has been far too long since I have been home.

Also, last night I went to the Jason Mraz concert at the Greek Theater, by far one of the best concerts I have ever been to, he is amazing. If you have not already gotten his new album be sure to go pick up a copy and one of my favorites songs is 'Lucky'. I cannot even explain what a great show it was I was so happy to have been there.

Well I am finally 16 as some of you may know but, still no license not even a permit yet but...... I will be taking my drivers education test at the DMV November 4th. Wish me luck, I am nervous. When I pass I will have my permit and then have to drive around with my Mom and step Dad for 6 months before I get my actual license, I am guessing I will be 30 by the time I get it.

I cannot wait for the Holidays, I will be spending Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years with my family. The Holidays were cut short last year because of Another Cinderella Story shooting but, this year I have nothing in the way. I can't wait. My favorite time of year Fall to Christmas!

Sorry again it has been so long.Thank you all so much for everything your messages, comments, your calls, on here and on the youtube. I read them often and it means the world to me to have you all in my life.

The FBI finally tracked him down and raided his apartment Monday morning in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. They served him with a search warrant and a list of items to be seized.

Last December, Josh Holly, who used the alises “TrainReq,” “Rockz”and “h4x,” obtained access to a Gmail account Miley had once used (messagemebaby@gmail.com) and found images the Hannah Montana actress had purportedly sent to singer Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers.

Josh Holly even found the password Miley used for her MySpace account — Loco92.

I am glad that this pervert was caught! Nobody deserves to have personal picture leaked on the internet. Whether or not it was right of Miley to take these pictures, it's even worse for this man to invade her privacy.

Zac in 'Pirates 4'?

Zac Efron has reportedly signed a $10 million deal to star alongside Johnny Depp in the upcoming 'Pirates of the Caribbean'.

According to the National Enquirer, executives at Disney first approached Zac about accepting a small role last year after it appeared that Johnny would not agree to film a fourth Pirates film. However, now that Depp will reprise his role as Captain Jack Sparrow, Disney wants to groom Zac as his successor. This way, the studio will always have Zac on standby in case Depp decides he does not want to continue with the franchise.
